las slicer

Rasterizes canopy vertical profiles on a per-voxel basis.

Must be run using classified, z-normalized las/laz data. The size of the voxel is defined by the output resolution.

slicer rasters are the inputs to the verticalmetrics routine.

positional arguments:
  input_file(s)         Input file(s)

optional arguments:
  -h, --help            show this help message and exit
  -o OUTPUT_FILE, --output_file OUTPUT_FILE
                        Output file (default: None)
  -odir output_directory, --output_directory output_directory
                        Output data directory. (default: None)
  --input-is-list       Use input file as a list of rasters to merge. (default: False)
  --tr xres [yres ...]  Output resolution (default: [10.0, 10.0])
  --ot data_type        GDAL data type (default: Byte)
  --dstnodata value     Output nodata value (default: 255)
  --range lower limit upper limit
                        Range of heights used to calculate ladder fuel density (default: [0, 99])
  --vertical-binsize distance
                        Compute density using vertical bins of this size. (default: 1.0)
  --cores CORES         Number of processing threads (default: 4)
  --use-tile-bb         Export raster without tile buffer. (default: False)
  --keep_temp           Dont delete vertical bin files. (default: False)
