laser classify

Classifies buildings and vegetation from height-normalized data.

Must be run using ground-normalized las/laz data.


laser classify [-h] [-o OUTPUT_FILE] [-odir output_directory] [--input-is-list]
  [--search-radius distance] [--vertical-threshold height] [--ground-offset height]
  [--store-in-user-data] [--cores CORES] input_files [input_file(s ...]

positional arguments:
  input_file(s)         Input file(s)

optional arguments:
  -h, --help            show this help message and exit
  -o OUTPUT_FILE, --output_file OUTPUT_FILE
                        Output file (default: None)
  -odir output_directory, --output_directory output_directory
                        Output data directory. (default: None)
  --input-is-list       Use input file as a list of rasters to merge. (default: False)
  --search-radius distance
                        Distance to search for adjacent planar surfaces (default: 5)
  --vertical-threshold height
                        Vertical noise limit for identifying planar surfaces. Increase to fit more rugged planes (default: 0.25)
  --ground-offset height
                        Minimum height to identify as vegetation (default: 4)
  --store-in-user-data  Instead of replacing the z value, store height in a user data class. (default: False)
  --cores CORES         number of processing threads (default: 4)
